## About the role

Muon Space is looking for a Director of Growth Operations to build and lead the operational backbone of our Growth organization. This role owns and scales the teams and processes that support Muon's business development and capture activities: Partner Management, Proposal Management, Technical Writing, BD Analytics & Research, and Pricing.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in business operations, proposal management, or related business development support functions, ideally within aerospace, defense, or the space industry
- Demonstrated experience building and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with pricing or price-to-win processes and cross-functional coordination with Finance
- Strong process-design and program management skills, with a track record of scaling operations in a fast-growing organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple concurrent priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
