## About the role

Muon seeks a Senior Program Manager - Microwave to lead Muon Space’s Microwave Program efforts, responsible for successfully delivering solutions, products, and technology while managing cost and schedule baselines with the U.S. Government and Commercial Organizations. The Program Manager will be a key member of the Mission Engineering team and collaborate closely with Muon Space’s engineering, business, legal, finance, and operations departments.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years relevant experience in program management
- B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
- Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality
- Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems. Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules
- Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines
