## About the role

Our culture values curiosity, accountability, and impact. We give people the space to question assumptions, design better solutions, and help shape how the company grows. If you’re looking to do meaningful work, influence outcomes, and grow alongside a company that’s ready to move fast, you’ll feel at home at MX. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Deliver features end to end across our embeddable React widgets, our shared TypeScript widget library, and the backend APIs and services that power them
- Apply privacy and security guardrails when LLMs touch financial data: data minimization, PII redaction, access scoping, output validation, and audit logging, in partnership with Security and Compliance
- Make informed tradeoffs between model quality, latency, and cost, and choose when an LLM is the right tool and when a deterministic solution is better
- Use and improve AI-assisted development workflows (coding agents, AI code review, repository context files for agents), and help teammates adopt them effectively and verify AI-generated output
- Build and maintain automated test coverage (unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end) and the observability needed to operate customer-facing services
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
