## About the role

The Manager - People Operations is responsible for leading all facets of HR Operations including systems, processes, policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring top-notch service to employees. This role serves as a steward of how work gets done at Appcast, designing and evolving people processes, policies, systems, and employee experiences that support our culture, enable business performance, and create a consistent and scalable employee experience.

## What they're looking for

- Strong experience with HR Operations, and employment laws for North America, UK experience a plus
- Previous experience as an HRIS administrator or at minimum, excellent knowledge and experience using an HRIS platform and implementing system features
- Proven ability to design and implement policies and processes that support company culture and maintain compliance with employment laws
- Proven experience in business process improvement, optimizing processes to enhance the employee experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, payroll, compensation or relevant field is required
