- 10+ years in applied analytics, with 5+ years in product and marketing analytics
- 5+ years leading analytics teams, with 3+ years leading product analytics teams specifically, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
- Player-coach mentality: Conducting hands-on analysis where it matters, and scaling through team and processes in other areas
- Proficient with AI-native and traditional data analysis tools, extensive experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, strategic product roadmaps, and feature-level optimizations that drive customer engagement and retention
- Strong bias to action: you identify issues, recommend solutions quickly, and make measurable business impact
