## About the role

MyOme is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent tools that empower Genetic Counselors to deliver better patient care faster. You'll work closely with our clinical team to understand their workflows, identify friction points, and build elegant solutions that integrate large language models and modern web technologies into their daily practice.

## What they're looking for

- Experience building clinical software or working in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, CLIA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11)
- Knowledge of genomics, genetic testing, or genetic counseling workflows
- Production experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized deployment systems
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects
