## About the role

MyOme is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to our SVP of Corporate Operations, driving employee relations, HR policy, and performance management across all departments. This role will build core HRBP infrastructure from the ground up on a nimble HR team (including working in close partnership with our HR Manager, who leads Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Culture) to deliver a seamless employee experience and management.

## What they're looking for

- Partner with the SVP of Corporate Operations to translate business priorities into HR strategy and actionable people programs
- Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that scale with a growing biotech organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment law
- Own performance management, succession planning, and promotion processes, right-sized for our stage
- Independently investigate and resolve employee relations matters end-to-end — scoping, conducting the investigation, documenting findings, and recommending action with sound judgment and discretion
- Build foundational HRBP infrastructure, including templates, workflows, and manager toolkits, in a lean, resource-conscious environment
- Act as the primary point of escalation for leave management issues and related risk
