## About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Nace.AI ’s AI-Agentic products. You will define product vision, analyze user and market needs, and work closely with engineering, design, and ML teams to deliver scalable, high-impact features. You will manage the full product lifecycle and ensure solutions align with business goals and user expectations. Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user value and business impact.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML products
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Experience with AI/ML products or data platforms
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern PM tools (Linear, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc)
