## About the role

We’re hiring a Founding Head of Growth to own how Naive brings new products, autonomous company releases and research to market. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will work directly with the founders, engineers and researchers to turn technical products into launches that developers, founders and AI teams care about. Accordingly, you also have the chance to earn significant equity at a fast growing Series A startup.
