## About the role

Nanopath is seeking a Process Development Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist to join our Assay R&D team and help develop, optimize, and scale the workflows that support Nanopath’s diagnostic platform. This role will be highly hands-on and will support process development across assay preparation, reagent development, and analytical testing.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, molecular biology, chemistry, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with liquid handler automation, automated assay workflows, or programming / operating automated laboratory platforms
- Experience with nucleic acid assays, biosensors, microarrays, or spotting / printing technologies
- Familiarity with design control, quality systems, GLP/GxP principles, or documentation practices for regulated diagnostics
- Extremely well-organized, with a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and motivation for completing tasks accurately and on time
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
