The Temporary Lab Support Associate plays a vital role in supporting fast-paced Research and Development (R&D) and large-scale development laboratories. As part of the Laboratory Operations team, this role ensures the laboratory operates safely, efficiently, and without interruption to enable ongoing scientific advancements. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and actively anticipates laboratory needs.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working in a laboratory setting
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications, experience with internal ticketing or inventory systems is a plus
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Demonstrates strong critical thinking, foresight, and self-motivation to navigate ambiguous situations and plan proactively
