## About the role

The Account Manager owns the relationship with a portfolio of insurance customers already live on itel solutions. You learn how each carrier actually works, find where their claims process loses time or money, and show them how itel closes that gap.

## What they're looking for

- Five or more years in account management, customer success, or sales, ideally in a data or software business
- Property and casualty (P&C) insurance experience, particularly claims, restoration, or building materials
- A track record of growing usage or revenue inside an existing book of business
- Confidence building relationships from frontline users up to the executive suite
- Strong written and verbal communication, and genuine comfort on the phone
- Ability to manage competing priorities without losing the detail
