## About the role

As the Data Center GM will lead data center operations across our Midwest region, starting with our Missouri site and expanding to additional locations over time. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of operations, performance, and team build-out across multiple sites. You will act as the primary interface between Nebius and external partners, while ensuring our data centers operate reliably, efficiently, and at scale.

- 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations
- Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers
- Strong background in critical environment infrastructure (power, cooling, environmental systems)
