## About the role

We're looking for a Business Analyst to partner closely with our Finance and Sales teams and turn data into decisions. You'll be the owner of the company's most important metrics: revenue (ARR/MRR), bookings, pipeline, conversion, net revenue retention, gross margin and more. Beyond reporting the numbers, you'll uncover the drivers behind them, build the analyses that shape planning and go-to-market strategy, and help leadership answer the critical questions: Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Experience at an API-first, developer-focused, usage-based, or PLG (product-led growth) company
- Experience with usage-based billing and revenue recognition (Stripe, Metronome, NetSuite)
- Experience with CRM analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales compensation / quota design
- Statistical foundation for experimentation and causal inference
- Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
- MBA or MSc in a quantitative field
