## About the role

Nebius is looking for a seasoned digital marketer to own our global SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy end to end. This is not a coordination-only role: you will set the strategy, build the measurement framework, identify the highest-value opportunities, translate insight into clear recommendations, and drive implementation with content, web, product marketing, engineering, and analytics partners.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in fast-growing B2B technology, cloud infrastructure, AI, developer platforms, enterprise software, or another complex technical category
- Ownership of a global program
- Experience with digital PR, link earning, brand/entity authority, or off-site signals that improve both search performance and AI discoverability
- Working knowledge of CRO, UX research, paid-search insights, and full-funnel measurement
- Experience with Profound or GrowthX , or comparable platforms for AI-search intelligence, content operations, monitoring, and optimization
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and emerging AI-visibility tools. We care more about analytical fluency than any single tool
