## About the role

Tavily by Nebius is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel with experience in technology transactions and privacy to join our Legal team. You’ll take ownership of commercial agreements that support Tavily’s global business, partner closely with our Go-to-Market teams, and help ensure compliance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements. You’ll also help shape the legal templates, processes, and guidance that support our continued growth.
