## About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between Nectar's platform and our most strategic enterprise customers. You'll own end-to-end technical success from initial deployment through production optimization. This is a hybrid role combining deep technical execution with close customer partnership. You'll deploy, integrate, and optimize Nectar within complex customer environments while ensuring they realize meaningful value from the platform.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in customer-facing or platform roles
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning systems in production environments
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both engineers and executive stakeholders
- Startup mentality with high ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites
