## About the role

We are hiring a leader to build and run Neo's business development function from the ground up. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. You will recruit, coach, and scale a team of hybrid BDR/SDRs who generate qualified pipeline across inbound and outbound motions.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in B2B SaaS business development or sales development, with at least 2 years leading BDR/SDR teams
- Demonstrated, hands-on AI fluency. You can show us the workflows, agents, prompts, and automations you have built or deployed, and the results they drove. Be ready to walk us through them
- A clear argument for why the traditional BDR playbook is broken, and a track record of replacing it with something that performs
- Experience building a team or function from scratch, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company
- Strong analytical instincts. You run experiments, read the data, and cut what doesn't work quickly
- Excellent written communication. You can write a first line a CISO will read
