## About the role

Neo Security is looking for a Director of Field Marketing & Events to build and lead our field marketing function from the ground up. You will own the strategy and execution of everything that puts our brand and our team in front of prospects and customers in person and virtually: conferences, executive roundtables, regional field events, our own user summit, and sponsorships.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function role
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical/enterprise IT space
- Proven track record designing field programs that generate measurable pipeline, with fluency in pipeline attribution and marketing ROI reporting
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale industry conferences and sponsorships (booth strategy, speaking slots, executive briefings)
- Strong budget management skills, including vendor negotiation and cost/ROI tracking across a multi-hundred-thousand-dollar annual events budget
- Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership and working from a shared pipeline/revenue targets model
