## About the role

Neo Security is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market team, based full-time out of our Boston, MA office. You'll own the systems, processes, and data that keep the sales organization running efficiently — from Salesforce administration and territory/quota planning to forecasting, deal desk support, and sales reporting.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including workflow automation, reporting, and data management
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards and reports that drive decision-making
- Experience supporting sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota-setting processes
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales reps, leadership, and cross-functional partners
