## About the role

Neo Security is hiring a Social Media Manager to build and run our voice across LinkedIn, X, and other channels where security practitioners, engineers, and IT leaders spend their time. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day content calendar, community engagement, and channel growth, while also partnering with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and our founders to amplify launches, events, research, and thought leadership.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5+ years managing social media for a B2B SaaS, tech, or security company, with a portfolio of channels you've grown and content you've written
- Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to adapt tone and voice across formats (short-form posts, threads, video scripts, captions)
- Strong grasp of LinkedIn and X best practices for a technical, security-savvy audience — you know what makes security Twitter/X and security LinkedIn tick
- Experience using social analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform analytics)
- Comfort working closely with executives and engineers to source, shape, and ghostwrite content on their behalf
- Basic design skills or comfort briefing a designer/using tools like Canva or Figma to produce on-brand visuals
