## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in business development, partner management, affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth or similarly scaled organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships and balance partner needs with internal business priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify business drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Business acumen and an understanding of how partnership performance, pricing, conversion, and other commercial drivers contribute to revenue growth
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly across different audiences and mediums
