## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or other highly analytical finance roles
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience with demonstrated ability to build scalable models for business planning and scenario analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations and strong cross-functional partnerships
