## About the role

Define a design vision that balances user needs with engagement and monetization goals, developing end-to-end journeys with a systems mindset. Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities and advocate for the user based on industry trends and competitive insight. Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and prototype AI-driven experiences — including personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and adaptive content. Help evolve the team’s design workflow in an AI-native development model.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in a consumer-facing tech environment
- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across end-to-end product work — from problem framing and flows to polished UI and shipped outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and prototyping
- Experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android) and mobile web
- Demonstrated ability to use research and data to drive and explain design decisions
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
