## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in a professional setting, working with data and cross functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling insights from data to guide strategy and prove impact. Familiarity with SQL and / or HTML is a plus
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance against KPIs
- Excellent collaboration skills - you work well with cross-functional partners and can influence without direct authority
- Owner mentality with a bias for action
- AI literate, with ability to wield tools to build on your own
