## About the role

As a Manufacturing Design Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing complex hardware products from concept to high-volume production. You will work across Engineering, Test, and Operations to develop robust manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly solutions. This role requires strong hands-on engineering skills, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to influence product design through DFM and DFA principles.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of experience developing and scaling manufacturing processes for complex electro-mechanical products in consumer electronics, robotics, aerospace, automotive, or similar industries
- Proven experience leading DFM/DFA efforts and driving design changes that improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and production throughput
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying manufacturing tooling, fixtures, assembly equipment, and automation solutions for production environments
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis (Cpk), DOE, tolerance analysis, and root-cause problem solving methodologies
- Experience supporting products through DVT, PVT, and production ramp, including manufacturing validation, process qualification, and yield improvement activities
