- 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams
- Proven expertise in developing workflows for revenue recognition, invoicing, and report exchanges with DSPs
- Strong understanding of data governance principles for finance data, with experience in building robust, scalable, and secure systems for handling financial data, processing transactions, and generating accurate bills
- In-depth knowledge of finance compliance, including audit and SOX requirements, ensuring accurate billing and strict adherence to regulatory standards
- A strong product mindset along with experience in delivering large complex projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders that are technology, operations or business focused
- General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape
