## About the role

The APAC Regional Marketing Production team adapts Netflix's audiovisual (AV) marketing assets for audiences across Asia Pacific, localizing trailers, promos, and social campaigns into 30+ languages and across multiple formats and sizes. Operating as a centralized function, the team partners with regional marketing, content localization, creative agencies, and specialist VFX and 3D vendors to deliver high-quality, culturally resonant assets on tight launch timelines.

## What they're looking for

- Manage external localization production agencies to recreate and adapt motion graphics, text cards, and end cards into 30+ languages, accounting for cultural, legal, design, and typography nuances
- Act as the technical and creative liaison and brand guardian across regional, cross-regional, and vendor forums — giving and receiving candid feedback to ensure assets uphold Netflix's creative standards
- 8+ years of experience in AV or video localization, post-production, or marketing production, ideally within entertainment, streaming, or a creative agency environment
- Hands-on expertise with motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Templater, and Annotation Edit
- Proven track record managing external vendors, budgets, and statements of work while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of subtitling, dubbing, and graphics localization workflows, technical specifications, and QC across multiple languages
