## About the role

This role will lead creative development for key programming opportunities in partnership with Social Managers to support title launches across the film slate. However, there will be flex projects across other verticals. Responsible for the creative output of a title from production capture, one off shoots, and quick turn edits to best support the creative needs of a project.

## What they're looking for

- Has 8+ years experience in production in entertainment or adjacent industries with directing experience
- A robust creative portfolio and proven track record of strong editorial creative that gets written, shared and talked about
- Strong producer who knows how to bring a creative vision to life and possesses strong relationships in the production community
- Highly knowledgeable is social platform performance and the proper creative to succeed on individual platforms
- A knack for building strong cross functional relationships particularly with others who are generating creative content across a campaign - Title Marketing, Product Studio, and PAVs
- Knowledge of what works across the various social media platforms and experience in multi-channel distribution efforts
