## About the role

Lead the Charge: Spearhead payment and device product implementations with APAC partners to drive member acquisition and ensure the best possible member experience across partner devices and platforms within set timeframes. Collaborate and Innovate: Lead end-to-end project implementations and drive strategic initiatives, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless technical execution, resolve challenges swiftly, and build strong partnerships that drive co-innovation.

## What they're looking for

- Over 10 years of experience in building strategic relationships and managing projects end-to-end at leading operators or global platforms
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin is required
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Skilled in navigating high-stakes negotiations that result in significant value creation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, business development, legal, marketing, customer service, and finance, across global locations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
