## About the role

We are seeking a Producer & Director’s Assistant to join our team in creating animated content using experimental GenAI-native production pipelines. This role is a strategic partner to creative leadership, focused on driving the creative momentum of feature-quality content within Inkubator. The Assistant serves as a production-focused bridge and creative partner, helping manage workflows, artist communications, and production tracking in an artist-led environment.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in production coordination or as a creative assistant within animation, film, or experimental media
- Working knowledge of animation production workflows and asset tracking systems (e.g., ShotGrid or FlowPT) and Google Suite
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate a director’s vision into organized production tasks
- Independent worker with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and switch easily between tasks
- Strong attention to detail at all times
- Displays professionalism in communication with internal and external partners
