## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful capabilities
- Demonstrated experience building AI/ML-powered products that extract meaning from audiovisual or other unstructured content (e.g., tagging, classification, annotation, content moderation, or ratings)
- Experience building internal tools, workflows, or platforms for expert users (e.g., reviewers, annotators, analysts), ideally including human-in-the-loop systems
- Experience defining quality and impact measurement for ML-generated output, including evaluation frameworks, quality bars, and metrics that stakeholders can act on
- Familiarity with taxonomies, ontologies, or structured metadata, and how they shape algorithm development
- Strong track record of building collaborative, trust-based relationships with a broad set of internal stakeholders and engineering and applied science teams
