## What they're looking for

- Product management experience building products that solve problems related to privacy engineering and data governance challenges, strongly preferred
- Ability to connect privacy and data protection investments to business outcomes, you understand how safe data use creates competitive advantage, not just reduces risk
- Experience driving highly technical, multi-team execution across engineering functions while coordinating effectively with stakeholders across engineering, legal, and business
- Strong understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, VPPA, etc.) and translating into product decisions
- Familiarity with data lifecycle management, consent management, privacy rights, and basic security principles
- Principles-first mindset deeply rooted in problem definitions, with a bias for action
