## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on developing inventory management systems
- Demonstrated expertise in developing yield optimization systems, with a deep knowledge of inventory valuation
- Experience in building systems for dynamic pricing, sell through rates, managing rate cards, segmenting and packaging inventory, and overseeing yield management
- Strong understanding of auction mechanics and experience building systems for reserve pricing
- Designed data models, platform abstractions, and public APIs to facilitate smooth interoperability with internal ads platform teams as well as seamless integrations with external order management systems
- General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape, with a focus on publisher side challenges like optimizing fill rates and maximizing revenue in the context of inventory management
