## About the role

Be a consultative partner to our top and strategic accounts in partnership with the sales team to understand their needs and present Netflix solutions Provide clients with excellent customer service by making it seamless for them to activate campaigns on Netflix.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on Fortune 500 enterprise clients and complex multi-agency holding company relationships
- Excellent client service and relationship management skills that build trust and loyalty with clients
- Operational excellence through process rigor, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional coordination to make Netflix Ads easy to buy and deliver
- Audience-driven & solutions-based media planning experience with the ability to translate client business goals into effective Netflix campaign strategies
- Experience in managing deals across multiple deal types including DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP and Live, Programmatic experience is a must
- Data fluency and the ability to translate insights into data-driven storytelling to guide smarter client investment decisions that drive stronger outcomes
