## About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of GTM FP&A to lead the financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance for our Go-To-Market organization as we scale into the next phase of our growth journey. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role where you will serve as the primary financial partner to our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Customer Officer, Chief Marketing Officer.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or related roles, with at least 5+ years in dedicated GTM financial roles
- Deep exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS environments with experience scaling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations
- Track record of translating financial analysis into business impact - moving recommendations into action and measuring outcomes
- Cross-functional partnership mindset: ability to build trust with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams while maintaining objectivity
- Bias toward speed and action: comfortable with ambiguity and able to deliver insights on aggressive timelines while maintaining rigor
