## About the role

The Senior Business Process Manager (BPM) will support enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across multiple value streams (GTM, Finance, Operations, Partner, Support). This role sits within the Global Business Process team under the COO organization and serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the Business Systems Group (BSG).

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in business process management, business systems analysis, operations, or program delivery
- Exposure to Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments and integrated business workflows
- Advanced knowledge of system integration across Salesforce, ERP, internal proprietary systems, and third-party apps
- Experience working on multi-team, cross-functional initiatives across functions (not just one domain)
- Demonstrated expertise in business requirement analysis, technical analysis, business architecture, process design, quality assurance, data analysis, and solution or product ownership
- Experience with technology/system development methodologies
