## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in growth marketing, demand-gen, customer marketing, customer advocacy, and/or executive programs, with a track record of turning customer relationships into a net-new pipeline
- Self-starter with proven experience building and scaling programs that combine customer advocacy with account-based marketing or demand-gen strategy
- B2B experience required
- Fast-growth SaaS company experience strongly preferred
- Security, Networking, AI or general technology industry experience preferred
- Managing customer advocacy growth programs, involved in supporting a user conference, and/or executive programs is a big plus
