## What they're looking for

- Experience : 5+ years in B2B SaaS web strategy, management, or UX, with proven ownership of conversion-focused websites
- Communication skills :Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Digital Transformation: Proven track record leading major site redesigns, replatforming, or CMS migrations
- Modern CMS & Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with modern composable or headless CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow)
- AI Integration: Fluent in leveraging AI tools to optimize web operations, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and speed up production workflows
- AEO / LLM Visibility: Solid understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (schema, entity-based content, crawlability) to drive visibility in AI search results (experience with tools like Profound is a plus)
