## About the role

Neuralink is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our Legal team. This role partners closely with Procurement/Supply Chain, Operations, Construction, and Engineering to support the company's procurement and operations initiatives. As a key liaison between business stakeholders and the legal team, the successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree (J.D. preferred), or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of contract management experience, preferably in a hardware, technology, medical device, or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with contract management systems
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with common commercial contract terms and legal principles
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high volume of contracts from intake through execution, with strong judgment about when to escalate
