## About the role

As Director, Product Marketing, you’ll own the go-to-market approach, messaging architecture, and launch strategy for a complex behavioral health software and services portfolio. Note that this is a marketing-centered role, not a product-management role: you'll focus on positioning, narrative, enablement, pricing, competitive landscape and launch execution, rather than owning product development strategy or roadmap.

## What they're looking for

- Lead GTM planning and execution for our core solutions, new and existing, including segmentation, ICP definition, messaging, sales readiness, launch calendar, and post-launch measurement
- Partner with Product from early roadmap review through GA to make sure new capabilities arrive with a market-ready narrative, not just a release note
- Run post-launch retrospectives that feed adoption data, win/loss signal, and field feedback back into the next cycle of positioning and packaging
- Package NeuroFlow's product and service capabilities into standardized, buyer-centered solutions, that are defined by the problem a buyer is solving, not by which internal module or team built it
- Partner with Product, Sales, and commercial leadership to define solution boundaries, naming, and packaging so reps can sell and buyers can evaluate a coherent offer
- Maintain a living solution map that stays anchored to named buyer problems and evolves as new capabilities, pricing, and field learning come in
