We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Operations Manager (Product) to work at the heart of Nevis’s Product teams. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our AI-first wealth management platform by turning operational insights into scalable, data-driven decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years’ experience in operations, product strategy, consulting, or data-driven roles in high-growth environments
- STEM degree (or similarly quantitative discipline) from a top-tier university
- Exceptional analytical skills – strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and preferably Python
- Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving and critical reasoning skills
- Excellent communicator, capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Strong business acumen and a deep curiosity for how products and systems work
