## What they're looking for

- Multi-Cloud & Compliance: Depth across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience navigating strict security frameworks like FedRAMP High / IL4
- Infrastructure & Streaming Tooling: Operational experience with Kafka, Helm, GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/Flux), and Terraform (or Atlantis)
