## About the role

NewLimit is seeking a Scientist to join our Delivery Sciences team. In this role, you will development formulations, purification processes, and characterization methods for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) drug products. NewLimit’s reprogramming medicines rely upon these LNP chemistries to carry reprogramming payloads to target cells and tissues throughout the body.

## What they're looking for

- Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Experience formulating LNPs with diverse lipid components for nucleic acid delivery
- Experience with purification techniques, including dialysis, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), ultracentrifugation, and sterile filtration
- Proficiency in LNP analysis using dynamic or multi-angle light scatting, liquid chromatography, and standard molecular biology assays (ELISA, qPCR, spectroscopy)
