## About the role

We're looking for an ambitious, growth mindset Account Executive (E-commerce) to help accelerate our growth with brand advertisers and agency partners. This is a full-cycle role: you'll prospect and close new business, guide advertisers through onboarding, and then stay in the seat as the strategic partner who grows and retains our top e-commerce accounts over time.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle sales and/or account management experience in Ad Tech, E-commerce, or Retail Media
- Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding quota and growing existing account revenue
- Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and familiarity with platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads, etc
- Mindset: A growth mindset and the adaptability to thrive amid shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment
- Skillset: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, the ability to simplify complex technical products into high-value commercial solutions
