## About the role

Local commerce runs on trustworthy data about places, merchants, and the relationships between them. You will build our local knowledge graph: the POI and places-data systems, entity resolution, and ontologies that turn fragmented, multi-source business data into a clean, queryable graph. If you have built places data or a knowledge graph at map or local scale, this is the core data foundation of the company.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years in software engineering with direct knowledge-graph, POI, or places-data work
- Hands-on entity resolution / entity linking, multi-source POI fusion, or listing data-quality systems
- Experience with ontology / schema design for real-world entities
- Comfort operating at graph scale (can speak to the size and structure of graphs you've built)
- Strong data-engineering fundamentals (pipelines, geospatial data a plus)
