## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, AI & Engineering to help build the teams behind our AI-powered platform. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor recruiting role for someone who thrives on owning complex technical searches end to end and wants to operate at a strategic level.

## What they're looking for

- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through role definition, interview design, and offer strategy
- Deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience, from first outreach through offer and close, including for senior and executive-level technical candidates
- Maintain a high hiring bar through structured interview processes, calibrated scorecards, and rigorous technical assessment coordination
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record of full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, or other highly competitive technical talent
- Experience recruiting for high-growth Silicon Valley technology companies or AI-first organizations
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple senior/complex searches at once, with strong prioritization and organizational skills
