This is a highly strategic role combining executive recruiting, talent advisory, and HR business partnership. You'll work directly with senior leaders to hire world-class talent, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and build high-performing engineering organizations.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of combined experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or a hybrid talent role
- Experience supporting engineering organizations in high-growth Silicon Valley technology companies or AI-first organizations
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence executives through data, judgment, and business partnership
- Track record of successfully hiring software engineers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, technical leaders, or other highly competitive technical talent
- Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
