## About the role

NDot AI is building a mini-drama (short drama) business. We're hiring two Short Drama Creative Editor Interns, one in the SF Bay Area and one in Beijing, to cut and QC the trailers and paid ad creatives that bring viewers to our dramas. ## What they're looking for

- Current student or recent graduate in film, media, design or a related field, with a short-form video editing portfolio. Please include a link to your work
- Skilled in at least one of Premiere Pro, CapCut (or Jianying), or DaVinci Resolve. After Effects or motion graphics skills are a plus
- You watch a lot of short dramas or vertical short-form video. You get hooks and beat-synced cuts, and you can explain why a specific ad makes people stop scrolling
- You're curious about data. You're happy to look at CTR and CPI and change a creative based on what you see, not just make it look good
- You can read and write English well enough to handle subtitles. Knowing ad policies on overseas social platforms is a plus
- Experience with AI tools for editing, subtitles or dubbing is a plus
