## What they're looking for

- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university. MBA a plus, not required
- Strong, hands-on coding ability (able to build and ship, not just spec) — Python/SQL/JS or similar, plus familiarity with growth/analytics tooling
- 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, software engineering, or a technical product/growth/GTM/monetization role
- Founder's mindset, builder's mentality, and strong problem-solving skills
